My toddler LOVES to make this recipe with me and its also become her favorite snack. Even on the days when she’s being extra picky, I know she will always be in the mood for these delicious pecan bites. I like to take some to the gym to have post-workout with my protein shake. Made these with half walnuts and half pecans because that is what I had in my pantry and they were delicious! Cannot wait to have these on hand for easy snacks!

These were yummy! The only change I made was to lightly toast the pecans first and I added a little maple flavoring in addition to the syrup. Thanks for this and for all your great recipes!
