Sweet potatoes are my favorite food in the WORLD. If I could only eat one food, it would definitely be the sweet potato. Japanese sweet potato, to be exact! LOL! Anyways, I love all of these recipes. The zoodle bowls, chickpea soup, wild rice burgers, breakfast stuffed sweet potatoes, pecan oat streusel, sweet potato Buddha bowl, and baked fries look absolutely to die for!
