These are so fluffy and have a rich buttery taste! I made mine with 1-1 gluten free flour. I also left out the pecans because I didn’t have any. I accidentally added the butter before the dry ingredients instead of after, but it was ok. They turned out great :).

perfect recipes and so delicious, the smell is amazing. ive made them in muffin tins and a reg 13×9 pan didnt need any time or temp adjustments. i always butter and flour my pans and they never stick.

These are so yummy!! I made with King Arthur’s 1:1 gluten free flour, equal amount coconut oil in place of butter (no browning of course), 1/2 cup coconut yogurt in place of the 2 eggs, coconut sugar in place of the brown sugar, and added the honey crisp apple. Baked for the full 28 minutes. They came out delicious! I may leave out the ginger next time but either way so good, thank you!

Sorry to hear that you didn’t love these ones! I’ve made them countless times and found the flavors to be delicious and perfectly sweet. Did you measure out all of the ingredients correctly?

There’s not enough sweetness, the crumble topping isn’t right at all, too much flour, unnecessary salt and not enough butter. You shouldn’t have the spray the inside of a baking cup. I can’t even taste the difference that browning the butter is supposed to have made, I feel like all I’ve done here waste my time and resources.

I haven’t tried this as a bread, the baking time would definitely have to be longer and I am not sure what that would be. Let me know if you give it a try.
