Happy *almost* New Year! I hope you had a lovely holiday season. I’m feeling super grateful and incredibly excited about what 2024 will bring.
This time last year I officially announced that I started writing a cookbook, and this time next year you’ll already have it in your hands (omg). This year is going to be a wonderful, epic, wild ride and I’m so happy to have you all on this journey with me.

- Dark, leafy greens like kale and spinach
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Brussels sprouts
- Lots of delicious citrus fruits (perfect if you have an orange obsession like I do)
- Potatoes + sweet potatoes
